- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Saitta is a great doctor. I had my baby in 2012. Everyone that i have encountered at this office was great then. Even after a few more years with this office was a great experience. Though its been a while since I was unable to see Doctor Saitta because of a very difficult schedule, I have not forgotten her that's why I still want to go to her. Today I am very disappointed not with the doctor but with a very unhelpful staff with an attitude. I have an appointment this Saturday and same day they called if I am able to come in at 10- 10:30, I informed them that I was out of town and will not make it so they scheduled me for Wednesday but then I called today to confirm and they keep forwarding me to billing without explanation. Billing cannot even explain to me what's going on and why they cancelled my appointment. I called twice, the same thing happens. When somebody called back, she was very nasty. It would be nice if staff would know how to explain the situation in a respectful manner. I hope the doctors know how horrible their staff are and that they are losing patients because of them. Though how much I love doctor Saitta but if the front liners are horrible and very unhelpful, I don't want to be dealing with this.August 09, 2017by Ml Tacolod
