  I've been seeing Dr. Doctoroff for several years now, and I always have such a great experience. I have really fair skin so need to get annual skin checks. The doctor is thorough and answers all of my questions. I decided to get my first Botox treatment this week and I've got to say--wow, what a difference. I'll probably be seeing the doctor a bit more often than every year!

  Experience could have been better. Had a rash for a few months which was localized and wouldn't resolve on its own. Was very difficult getting an appointment and, once there was kept waiting for at least 1/2 hour in a packed waiting room. Clearly, he's overbooking himself. Front staff are harried and curt with you. If physically impaired it's going to be difficult getting into the office as it is on the 2nd floor of a small building with no elevator and, the doctor sees patients up yet another flight of stairs once inside. Dr. wasn't quite sure what the rash was, prescribed a cream for it and said if it didn't go away he could do a biopsy. Made another follow up appointment and used the medication as directed. Rash never went away completely. Came back for 2nd visit - this time wait was nearly an hour. Unacceptable. Took one look at it and decided it was poison ivy. But this was now nearly 4 months later. He didn't feel biopsy necessary and said continue with the cream. I felt he was being dismissive of me, humoring me. I later had an appointment with my allergist who took a look at it and prescribed a different medication. It was gone in 3 days. I'll look for another dermatologist if I ever need one again.
